Food Truck Fridays – Tony Rico’s Mexican and Italian Catering

The idea of sharing traditional family recipes on a food truck had been discussed
between childhood friends (Dennis, Sue and Tony) on and off for several years leading up to July 2019.
Then one day a conversation went something like this:
”Let’s reopen your salsa company.”
“It’s a niche market – too much work with little return.”
“Id’ rather sell Graziano sausage off a food trailer on the weekends.”
“….Why not a Truck?”
That’s when the wheels started turning.
We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible; the containters our food is served in are reusable and recyclable. The bowls are freezer-friendly, microwave and dishwasher safe, reusable or recyclable. The boxes and trays are microwave safe, compostable, recyclable and biodegradable.
