☀️Summer is officially calling, Thousand Oaks! Both neighborhood pools open this Saturday, May 23 at 9:00 AM, and we can’t wait to kick off another season of sunshine, splashing, and community fun.
Whether you’re ready for early‑morning laps, long afternoons with the kids, or just a relaxing float in the sun, the pools are prepped, refreshed, and ready for you. Grab your pool key, pack the sunscreen, and come help us make opening day the best start to summer yet.

What Residents Need to Know
- Pool Policies and Rules— All residents, family members and their guests are expected to know and comply with all pool rules.
- Pool Hours — Please familiarize yourself with pool hours, including adult swim and swim team usage.
- Release Forms — Required for any child under 16 visiting the pool without an adult.
- Must be renewed even if submitted last year.
- Children must be on the HOA’s approved list.
- Nannies may use the family key but must notify attendants.
- Pool Keys
- Residents must sign up for a pool key using the HOA’s online form.
- Each child from different households must use their own household key.
- Guest Policy —
- Up to 4 guests per household key, $5 per guest, wristbands provided.
- Parents and grandparents of adult children may bring family free of charge.
- Memorial Day weekend guest fees are waived as part of the annual grace period.
