Please remember that it is important not to blow debris into the street or the greenspace owned by the Association. Homeowners are responsible for clearing their own yard waste. For example, placing your yard waste in the greenspace is comparable to the HOA disposing of its yard waste in your yard. Help keep our community clean!
Welcome to warm weather! We are excited to see the green lawns, beautiful beds and amazing landscaping. For the most part everyone does a great job blowing their grass back into their yard. A small few blow grass into the street. NOTE: grass clippings must be blown into the homeowners property or need to be swept up.
