Entry to the Oasis and Otters pools requires a pool admission card, which is scanned at the gate to obtain access to the pools. Access to the pools without a pool admission card is not allowed. Prior to each pool season starting, key card pick-up times will be communicated. Outside of this time frame, residents should email Thousand Oaks Homes Association to obtain an activated pool admission card.
To obtain and activate pool admission card:
- New residents – If the previous owner left a key-card it will not be active this season, so please ensure you pick up a new one. Only one key-card will be issued per household and in order to receive an activated card you must be over the age of 18 and up to date on your homeowners dues. Please bring a current bill showing your address as well as your ID.
- Renters – You will need to contact the homeowner or contact Thousand Oaks Homes Association with questions.
- Lost Key Cards– There is a $30 replacement fee, and you will need to provide your ID.
- Key Card Application– An application for you key can be found HERE. Please print, fill out, and bring with you to pick up your key.
Anyone receiving a key-card will be signing an agreement upon pick-up that your household has received and reviewed a complete copy of the Pools Rules and Handbook. We encourage all residents to review the rules with your family prior to pool season beginning. A copy of the handbook can be found HERE.
