We recommend all residents review the Resident Handbook to be familiar with the pool rules, guest policies, pool operating hours, swim lesson guidelines, pool party information, lost and found, and more. You can find a lot of information on our Member FAQ regarding the poolsGuests & FeesThere is a $5 guest fee in order to enter the pool with guests. Additionally, we only permit 4 guests per household/key. Grandparents / Parents of adult children are permitted to bring their grandkids and/or their adult children at no charge. We do ask you let the attendants know what is happening so they understand the situation. For Member Child(ren) under 16 For the 2024 Swim Season and beyond, Thousand Oaks Homes Association, Inc. implemented a new policy requiring Members’ children under the age of Sixteen (16) must be accompanied at the Association Pools by an Adult, who is defined as someone aged Eighteen (18)** or older.*1 The Association will allow Members’ children ages Twelve (12) to Fifteen (15) to be at an Association Pool without adult if this Agreement is executed by the Member. In consideration for receiving permission for Member’s Child(ren) and Ward(s) aged between Twelve (12) and Sixteen (16) years of age (hereinafter the “Minor Child”) to use the pools and entertainment equipment installed within the Thousand Oaks Subdivision of Parkville, Missouri at 6630 North Nevada Avenue, Parkville, MO 64152 and 6040 Nevada Ave (hereinafter collectively the “Property”), without the supervision of Member or any other adult or a minor aged Sixteen (16) or older employed by the Member, the Undersigned Lot Owner and Member of the Thousand Oaks Homes Association, Inc. (hereinafter “Member”) agrees to the following:
