We wanted to put out a request for professional contacts for two projects we need completed in our neighborhood:
- The Pergola at the Otters pool is deteriorating rapidly. We are requesting bids to either fix what is currently there, or have it rebuilt by a professional construction company.
- The bathrooms at the Oasis pool are in need of a remodel. We are requesting bids for a commercial bathroom remodeling contract.
