There is a lot of work going on in the neighborhood (new roofs, landscaping, etc.) and the Association is noticing a lot of business signs in yards.
We’d like to remind everyone that business signs are not permitted in Thousand Oaks. If you have one in your yard currently, please kindly remove it.
