Good morning, everyone,
We are working diligently to ensure the pools are ready for your enjoyment, thank you Johnson Pools. The changes we implemented last year were a great success—we had less congestion at the pools, experienced almost no incidents, and even welcomed back residents who hadn’t visited in years. We sincerely appreciate the support and assistance from everyone last year, and we remain committed to providing a great experience for all.
As the season approaches, we want to remind everyone about pool keys, guest policies, and release forms:
- Release Forms: If you plan to have a child (or children) under the age of 16 at the pool alone, you must complete the agreement. If you submitted one last year and your child is still under 16, you will need to complete it again this year. To make the process easier, the Agreement, Release, and Indemnification Form can be filled out online. Children who are not on our list will not be permitted to enter the pools without an adult.
- Please note:
- Your child must present a pool key to enter.
- If two children from different households visit the pool together, each must use their respective household’s pool key.
- Nannies may use the family key but must notify the attendant.
- You can find the full agreement with details on our website. Additionally, please email [email protected] to provide the names of children under 16 who will be permitted. This will help us cross-check records efficiently.
- Please note:
- Pool Keys: Unfortunately, our internet has gone down for the (insert a large number here) time. We are in the process of transitioning to Google’s business platform, which operates at a slower pace than the residential service. We are actively working on a solution to restore access as soon as possible. In the meantime, please ensure you sign up for a pool key. A list will be provided to each pool so attendants can verify access accordingly while we work through technical challenges. You can find the signup link here: Pool Key Signup Form.
- Guest Policy: The same policy remains in place. Each household is permitted up to four guests per key, and each guest must pay a $5 fee. Guests will receive a wristband for the day. Grandparents / Parents of adult children can bring their family to the pool free of charge. We encourage you to check out the FAQ Here
NOTE: As with all years prior, we will be giving a grace period for a week or so in order to adjust to the season. We will not be charging guest fees Memorial Day weekend.
