Good morning and Happy Monday, Thousand Oaks!
We wanted to provide a few updates about current projects in our neighborhood:
(All projects are weather dependent)
- Streetlight work will begin on Forest Drive & 63rd this week or next week, at the latest.
- Nevada & Thousand Oaks Drive traffic circle phase 1 update to begin.
- Front waterfall is off for the season. Minor repairs we had planned to make this fall will occur in the next few weeks. Waterfall will be cycled once a month.
- Thousand Oaks Drive, Terrace Park & Golden Oaks water features to be drained and turned off for the winter.
- Front fountain to remain on as long as weather stays mild.
