We hope you’re enjoying a wonderful summer! The pool season is off to a great start, and we truly appreciate all the support from our community.
We’ve received many kind compliments about the updated bathrooms at Oasis and the new paint and column design at Otters. Thank you for your feedback—it’s our pleasure to continue enhancing the spaces we all enjoy.
As the season continues, we kindly ask that everyone treat our pool attendants with respect. These young team members are doing their best and following the guidelines we’ve provided. Unfortunately, there have been a few instances where staff were spoken to harshly while simply doing their jobs. Let’s continue to foster a positive and respectful environment for everyone.
