Inflation and supply chain issues have increased costs for essential repairs like irrigation, erosion control, and electrical systems. - 🛠 Major Maintenance Projects
- Streetlight wiring replacements continue as part of a 10-year plan.
- Repairs underway for fountains, waterfalls, and lighting timers.
- Pools need drainage corrections and retaining wall rebuilds.
- Two major erosion sites fixed; one more scheduled soon.
